- Your name and contact information;

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

- Identification of the allegedly infringing material;

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

c) Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to our agent. Wylore may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless a legal action is filed.

- Wylore does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Refund Policy

- Wylore offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

- To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days of your payment.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

- Refunds do not apply if the Service has been used in violation of these Terms of Use or for any unauthorized purpose.

- If a user experiences a service issue attributable to us, we offer — at the user’s choice — either a 100% refund (even if the request is made on the final day of service) or a one-month service extension.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wylore, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

- Loss of data, revenue, or profits;

- Any issues arising from User Content, third-party links, or your use of the Service.
